David Musgrave, Senior Executive Service (Retired), Army Colonel (Retired)
CEO/President
David currently serves as President/CEO of Musgrave Consulting, LLC and brings over 40 years of experience in Executive Leadership, National Security Strategy and Policy, International Affairs/Relations, International Security Assistance/Cooperation, Defense Industrial Base manufacturing and Critical Infrastructure Security and Operations. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Armed Forces Insurance Exchange.

David Musgrave is a retired member of the Department of Defense (DoD) Senior Executive Service (SES) and last served as a Director for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) where he directed the execution, planning and implementation of the United States Arms Control verification activities for numerous bilateral and multilateral treaties and agreements; to include the only bilateral Nuclear Weapons Treaty with Russia. Additionally, he was responsible for executing DoD’s International Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Security Cooperation Capacity Building Program around the globe in support of all Geographic Combatant Commands.
David Musgrave is also a retired Army Colonel and decorated military veteran who holds two master's degrees and professional executive training from the Harvard Kennedy School of Executive Education.

During his military tenure, David served as the Commander of the Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas and Commander of the Bluegrass Chemical Storage Activity, Richmond, Ky. He served in high level staff assignments at the Pentagon as the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Division Chief for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Aide-de-camp to the U.S. Forces-Iraq Commander, Military Assistant to the Director of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Operations Officer for 703d Main Support Battalion during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
